68% of adults are overweight or obese, and 33% of children are overweight or obese. Our special guest, Nell Kauls, went on her first diet at age 12 and proceeded to diet on and off for 25 years. Many adults with weight issues are misinformed about how to lose weight and learn poor nutritional habits early on in life and carry this misinformation into their adulthood.
