Crohn's disease is an inflammatory condition of the intestinal tract that can affect any area of the gastrointestinal tract, from the mouth to the anus, but it is more commonly found at the end of the small bowel and the beginning of the large intestine. Because Crohn's is a chronic disease and there is no cure for it, the ultimate goal is remission or a reduction in symptoms. Tune in with hosts Kara Carper and Kate Crosby as they explore some of the ways to reduce the symptoms of Crohn’s.
