I appreciate you're sharing. Just a note they preached low fat but overall since then we've increased fat, protein and carbs overall. There is also a large difference between added sugars and white flour compared to potatoes, brown rice, etc. Let's not throw it all together. Such as would it be better to have bacon or the avocado? I've lost 80lbs eating 60% of healthy carbs. I'm also not low fat because it lands between 20-30% daily. Make the right choices and dont get sucked in by marketing and you'll be successful with weight loss or maintenance.
